The "Birth of a State" project is the communication support of a fictive country. By producing books and posters the state is trying to exist out of his borders. But in each one of these attempts to communicate, a material, logistic or human mistake prevents access to any relevant information: books about colors of nature printed in gray tone, picture books with only one different illustration, economics theories extracted from premonitory dreams, etc. The mass of the contents is opposed to the absence of quality of the message
Vol 3/ This scientific book compiles fifty years of seismic activity. The book contains a theoretical introduction and a compilation of the different cataclysms, that refers to an appendix presenting the seismic curves of the five decades.

Le projet "Birth of a State" est le support de communication d’un état fictif. Par les livres et affiches le pays cherche à exister hors de ses frontières. A chaque tentative de communiquer, une erreur matérielle, logistique ou humaine empêche tout accès à une information pertinente: livre sur les couleurs de la nature imprimé en noir et blanc, livre d'images ne contenant qu'une seule et même illustration, théories économiques dégagées de rêves prémonitoires,... A la masse du contenu s'oppose l'absence de qualité du message.
Vol 3/ Livre scientifique compilant cinquante années d’activités sismiques. L’ouvrage comporte une partie théorique explicative et une compila- tion illustrée des differentes catastrophes se référant à une annexe presentant les 5 decades de courbes sismiques.
