This project finds his origin from a .pdf found by chance on the internet.
"How to tattoo a cattle" explains in a few pages the right way to tattoo a cattle, assuring an easy classification and recognition of the animal. The document from the NOAJC copies the explicative text word for word, except of
the words "cattle" and "ear", respectively replaced by "immigrated-american" and "arm".
In the same way the meaning of the tattoo is diverted: the keywords "drug-addict", "Mexican", "illiterate", "left-handed", "homosexual", "diabetic", etc. become obscure symbols on the arms of the immigrated.

Ce projet est basé sur un .pdf trouvé par hasard sur internet. "How to tattoo a cattle" explique en quelques pages la manière correcte de tatouer un veau, assurant un classement et une reconnaissance aisée de l'animal. Le document du NOAJC reprend mot pour mot ce texte explicatif, exception faite des mots "veau" et "oreille", respectivements remplacés par "immigré-américain" et "bras".
De même la signification du tatouage est détournée: les mots clés "drogué, mexicain, analphabète, gaucher, homosexuel, diabétique, etc. deviennent d'obscurs symboles sur les bras des immigrés.
